There are three ways to reach us:
- Chat with support: open carexaos.com/support and choose Open support chat. Your conversation goes straight to the support team, and you can leave and come back to it. Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Email: write to support@carexaos.com. Best for detailed problems, screenshots and anything that needs a written record.
- System status: if something seems down, check status.carexaos.com first. It shows the live status of Carexa OS services, checked every minute.
